State licensing boards and professional organizations change their approvals and rules on occasion. Be sure to check current regs for accuracy of the information offered below.
Mental Health & Addiction Professionals
ALL COURSES have been approved by DeeAnna Merz Nagel, LLC as a NAADAC Approved Education Provider, for educational credits. NAADAC Provider # 265722, DeeAnna Merz Nagel is responsible for all aspects of the programming. Several states accept NAADAC approved hours to fulfill CE requirements for LPC, LMHC, LCSW, psychologists and other allied health practitioners. naadac.org

AL / Counselors: Please send course details to your licensing board for approval BEFORE the event.
The following state boards accept courses from NAADAC providers for MFTs: AR, AZ, DE, IN, KS, LA, MD, NC, NE, NJ, NM, NV, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WY
MA / MFTs: Participants can self-submit courses not approved by the MAMFT board for review.
Counselors & MFTs: Credit requirements and approvals vary per state board regulations. Please save the course outline, the certificate of completion you receive from the activity and contact your state board or organization to determine specific filing requirements.
Social Workers LCSW/LICSWs
Some states allow social workers to earn CE from nationally recognized behavioral-health organizations or providers approved by those organizations, provided the course content is relevant to social-work practice. Texas and Utah have rules broad enough to accommodate qualifying cross-disciplinary behavioral-health education. Other states, including Florida, have more specific board-approved-provider requirements and should be evaluated separately.
Clinical Supervision
DeeAnna Merz Nagel, LLC is a Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE) Registered Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) training provider (#RCTP1001-ACS). This course is approved for 45 hours of training. CCE is an affiliate of the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC). cce-global.org
California BBS recognizes Parts 1 or 2 as satisfying the 15-hour supervision training requirement for social workers, marriage & family therapists and mental health counselors.
Texas BHEC recognizes Parts 1 and 2 as satisfying the 40-hour supervision training requirement for Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC).
This course also satisfies the Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) license for mental health and substance abuse counselors in Maine.
The clinical supervision training also meets requirements for counselors in Illinois, Michigan and Washington.
This course also satisfies the requirements set forth in Canada by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC).
Clinical supervision courses meets the minimum educational standard to which Counsellor Supervisors should be trained as put forth by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy BACP Counselling Supervision Training Curriculum.
Coaching
The Transformative Coach Training Series, Parts 1-3 are approved for the educational component of the Board Certified Coach (BCC) credential through CCE/NBCC. The Transformative Coach Training Series, Parts 1-4 are also approved through CCE for BCC Continuing Education. Transformative Coach Training Series Parts 1-3 are also approved for counselors in states that accept hours from NBCC affiliates.

I teach short courses through The Institute for Life Coach Training and these courses are approved as electives for people working toward an International Coach Federation (ICF) certification or the Board Certified Coach (BCC) credential or who require continuing education for either the ICF or BCC credential.
