How the course is taught
The course is taught online in a learning platform and is self-paced. With each module you will be assigned reading material and then asked to reflect on the reading through a written response. You will be able to ask questions throughout if you desire feedback. At the end of the course after completing the last assignment you may set up a 30-minute consultation with me if desired. You will not be quizzed! This is an opportunity for a collaborative conversation about any questions or curiosities you may have.
Dr. DeeAnna Merz Nagel facilitates this course. She is a licensed psychotherapist and has offered clinical supervision for over 25 years. She was formerly the ethics chair of two state AMCHA counseling associations (GA and NY) and has written extensively about the topic of clinical supervision and online clinical supervision. She holds the Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) credential and is a Registered Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) training provider (#RCTP1001-ACS).
