My professional hustle for nearly 20 years used to be entirely about cybertherapy (aka telemental health,telepsychology, online therapy, e-therapy) and incorporating technology into mental health service delivery and therapeutic interventions. And then I became a wellness coach, dusted off my intuitive gifts, got introduced to essential oils and now my gig is very different. But I still teach therapists (and now coaches and healers) how to incorporate tech into their work. And here’s the foundation to that story I share with Kate Anthony as co-founder of the Online Therapy Institute.
