I attended a Poetry as Spiritual Practice* workshop yesterday and oh, it was such a lovely experience. I thought I would blog my poetry doodles that came through me. I love the process of poetic and channeled/automatic writing. It’s like throwing paint at the wall and seeing art revealed. Poetry in motion.
These first few are written as haiku:
Divine Daydreaming
angels all around
look and you will see their light
peering through timelines
Immortal Me
protect me from death~
to leave earth and live fully.
afterlife, indeed!
Seen In the In Between
Tarot on the wall
writing as divination
fairy forest view
In response to Toi Derricotte’s Why I don’t write about George Floyd:
What can I say?
There’s no time to play.
We must defend and fight for rights.
It’s cray.
Today, I just don’t know what to say.
Because everyone is saying so much.
(or are they?)
And I am called to kneel
and pray.

Support My Writing
I write because I have things I want to explore, question, and share, and much of that writing lives here freely. If my work has resonated with you or given you something to think about, your support helps me keep doing it.
