The twin flame gaze is real. I continue on my series of blog posts about Twin Flame Signs- expanding on a post I wrote a few months ago. In that post I said,
Looking into the eyes of your Twin Flame can be REALLY intense, not necessarily because you are looking into the eyes of your true love, but because you are looking into the mirror of your own soul.
This is an important point. And this also says you are looking into the mirror of your own soul which is different than saying you are looking at the other half of your soul, That feels a bit misleading. Much of the Twin Flame information says your Twin Flame is the other half of your soul, which insinuates you are not complete without finding, merging and uniting with your Twin Flame. This simply isn’t true. Always remember you are complete person and you carry an entire soul. Your Twin Flame or Twin Soul is exactly that- a soul that mirrors yours.
To me this is a fine distinction because thinking that your Twin Flame is the other half of you suggests you are “less than” unless you unite or reunite with your twin and that may or may not happen in this lifetime. The intensity comes with looking into someone’s eyes who knows you utterly and completely from that 5D perspective. Familiarity doesn’t quite describe it and yet it is not necessarily romantic love. The gaze can be difficult to keep because we are looking at our own self- our own feelings magnified within the eyes of a soul that is just like ours.
Seeing your own soul’s reflection in the eyes of another can be quite unnerving, even startling. This may be the first time you have ever seen yourself for who you really are. It is the beginning of your own growth path. The journey is laid out and you will expand. It is what Twin Flames do. They ignite something within and that gaze is part of that ignition.
Remember always that the Twin Flame journey is about your own growth, your path, your life, and you discovering your best you, whether you and your twin are together in this life or not. Hold on to the gaze. Remember it because that spark is meant to carry you to your destiny.
