- Participants will review 5 essential oil profiles, indicating the emotional support components of each oil.
- Participants will engage in somatic experiencing by combining visualization with essential oils, awakening the olfactory sense.
- Participants will choose from practice tools including a checklist and a wellness wheel explaining how the tool will be utilized in practice with clients.
