Online Learning
DeeAnna Merz Nagel, LLC offers several online, self-directed courses and she used the learning Platform, Pathwright. All student course responses are held confidentially on the platform unless the student opts to share outside the course, for instance, in a course-affiliated private Facebook group,
Purchases are made through the Thrivecart gateway system utilizing Stripe and Paypal. Once the course is purchased, the student can login the course and begin. Some courses require books that are the responsibility of the student to obtain. When the course is purchased, the student’s email is automatically added to DeeAnna Merz Nagel’s email campaign program and the email is never shared. The student may opt out of receiving emails at anytime, but must reman on the course roster while taking the course in order to access the course and receive necessary announcements and updates.
Return Policy
Once you purchase a course you are given complete access to all the course lessons. Our system tracks logins and access to each lesson. Unfortunately we have had to make a firm rule about refunds as people have purchased a course, accessed every lesson within a matter of minutes or days and then asked for a refund for the course. If you find that your experience in the first lesson is not what you had anticipated and this is within the first 30 days of purchase, a refund will be considered provided no other content has been accessed. If you have any difficulty with the learning platform or with the course content, please contact your course instructor or email deeannamn@gmail.com. Courses offering continuing education credits must be completed within one year of enrollment.
Student Grievance Policy
A student that has a grievance is asked to first discuss the concern with DeeAnna Nagel, instructor of the course and owner of DeeAnna Merz Nagel, LLC. If a reasonable solution cannot be reached, the student may file an official complaint with governing bodies overseeing coach certification. DeeAnna is certified through Center for Credentialing and Education, International Association of Coaches and International Health Coach Association.
